Judith Lee "Judy" Stemen

Judith Lee “Judy” Stemen, age 84 passed away peacefully on February 22, 2024. She was born in Wabash, Indiana, to Donald and Mary Helen McDowell on September 4, 1939. She grew up in Wabash and graduated from Wabash High School.
Judy was the owner of Eagle Collection Agency in Marion before her retirement. She and her husband Chuck, then moved to Michigan and spent their winters in Florida until moving there permanently.
Judy is survived by her son, Scott (Vicki) Winger of Sweetser, two daughters, Charlene Kolar, and Patti (Carl) Church, both of Michigan. Judy had Eight grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Proceeding her in death are her parents, her husband Charles F. Stemen, her sister and brother- in-law, Janis and Wendell Leland and son-in-law David Kolar.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Suite Living Retirement Community for their loving care of Judy.
