Anna E. Brass, age 89, of Fairmount, passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2015, at Colonial Oaks Health Care Center, Marion, Indiana.
Anna was born August 29, 1925, in Marion, Indiana, the daughter the late Ertie Ellyson. She married Forrest Aaron Brass on March 29, 1942, and he preceded her in death.
Anna was a homemaker and a member of Roseburg Church of God. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandkids.
Survivors include: son, William "Mokey" (Mary) Brass of Fairmount, Indiana; sister, Mary (Paul) Edwards of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Christina (Gary) Winslow of Florida, William Brass Jr. of Ft. Hood, Texas, Jessica Brass of Brownstown, Indiana, and Vincent JA (Amanda) Brass of Italy; 16 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandsons.
She was also preceded in death by 6 brothers and 4 sisters.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 1, 2015, at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, with Reverend William Fulda officiating.
Burial will follow funeral services in Grant Memorial Park Cemetery, Marion, Indiana.
