ANNA PURVIS, age 73, of Arkansas, formerly of Marion died Friday, December 19, 2008, at Conway Regional Hospital, Conway, Arkansas.
ANNA was born on November 19, 1935, in Marion, Indiana, the daughter of the late Ora and Susie (Knight) Smith. She married Robert Purvis on December 10, 1955. He preceded her in death in 1989. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include sons, Kirk Purvis of Ft. Wayne, Indiana and Milton Purvis (Vhanna) of Corpus Christi, Texas; Daughters, Angie Willis (James) of Conway, Arkansas and Diane Mahan (Mike) of Morrilton, Arkansas; Sister, Rose Vogan of Greenville, Pennsylvania; 12 grandchildren & 10 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Mark Purvis and 6 siblings.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 24, 2008, at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, with Reverend Tom Mansbarger officiating.
Burial will be in Grant Memorial Park, Marion, Indiana.
