Audrey Adair King, age 87, of Marion, passed away Saturday, May 12, 2012, in her home.
Audrey was born on October 11, 1924, in Pocahontas, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Ike and Mary (Henson) Adair. She married Jessie King, Sr. in March 1947, and he preceded her in death.
Audrey was a homemaker and liked to sew, fish and enjoyed being with her family.
Survivors include: two sons, James (Norma) McDaniel of West Plains, Missouri, and Cary Gale (Edith) King of Marion, Indiana; daughter, Theresa (Johnny) Anderson of Fulton, Indiana, twin daughters, Brenda (Clyde) Riddle of Marion, Indiana, and Linda (Elza) Headley of Jonesboro, Indiana; daughter, Sue (Buzz) Holmes of Marion, Indiana; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and 3 nieces & nephews.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Jessie King, Jr.; a daughter, Jerry Brown; a brother; and 3 sisters.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 18, 2012, at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, with the Reverend Glen Dodson officiating.
Burial will be in Grant Memorial Park, Marion, Indiana.
