BEATICE T CREWS, age 90, died on Saturday, February 14, 2009, at Millers Merry Manor, Marion.
Bea was born on May 21, 1918, in Birds Eye, Indiana, the Daughter of the late Lewis Wright and Mary (Bagerly) Wright. On Oct 17, 1936, She married Odis E. Crews. He preceded her in death on December 31, 1999.
She was a Occupational therapist for the Veterans Administration Hospital of Marion for 30 years.
Bea taught Sunday School and was a member of the Bible Club for 30 years..
Survivors include Son, Dr. John Crews (Nancy) of Atlanta, Ga, Son, James Crews (Cathy) of Flint, Mi, Grandson, Matthew Crews (Rache) of Flint, Mi, Granddaughter, Katherine Crews of Atlanta, Ga, Great-Grandchildren, Lillyann & Noah Crews of Flint, Mi .
She was preceded in death by 3 Brothers & 3 Sisters.
Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, February 18, 2009, at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, with Rev. Bruce Koontz officiating.
Burial will be in Estates of Serenity, Marion, Indiana .
Friends may call from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 PM, Tuesday, February 17 at the Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 Kem Road, Marion, Indiana.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Marion Humane Society.
