Betty Regnault

Betty Regnault, age 65, of Lafayette, passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2022 in her home.

Betty was born on August 25, 1957, in Winchester, Indiana, the daughter of the late Rollin and Franciene “Sue” (Booher) Reynolds.  She married William Regnault on July 11, 1984, and he survives.

Betty was a homemaker and was a member of the Eagles Lodge #347 in Lafayette.  She liked to bet on the horses and play the slot machines.  Betty was a good cook, and also enjoyed fishing and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, William Regnault; her children, Teresa (Brian) Shultz of Marion and Stephen Wheeler of Marion; two sisters, Rita Armstrong and Kathy Balsley; and grandchildren, Anyssa Shultz of Marion, Shelby Shank of Leopold, Stephanie Wheeler of Indianapolis, Raymond Wheeler of Indianapolis, Tora Wheeler of Marion, and Stephen Wheeler, Jr. of Marion.

She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Rollin Reynolds, David Reynolds, Glen Michaels, Jr.  and Tommy Reynolds.

A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 W. Kem Road, Marion, Indiana.

Burial will take place at a later date in Riverside Cemetery, Gas City, Indiana.
