Carol Sue Armes, age 59, of Marion, Indiana passed away in her home on Monday, October 19, 2015.
She was born July 5, 1956 in Marion, Indiana to the late Ralph and Dorothy (Rudicel) Landis. She was a loving mother, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend.
Carol worked at Indiana Wesleyan University as a communication specialist for 20 years. She was a 1974 graduate of Mississinewa High school and earned her bachelors in business management from IWU in 2003. She attended Sims Wesleyan in Sims, Indiana. She enjoyed crafting and loved being with her family and friends. Carol spread her joy for Christ through her infectious laugh and positive, uplifting attitude.
Carol is survived by her son Ryan (Cortney) Armes, of Marion, Indiana; daughter, Karen Armes of Marion, Indiana; many nieces and nephews; an abundance of special friends; and her beloved dog Ginger Marie.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, October 26, 2015 at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 Kem Road, Marion, Indiana with Pastor Brian Williams officiating. Burial will be in Grant Memorial Park Cemetery, Marion, Indiana.
