Caroline M. McManis, age 81, passed away Saturday, September 8, 2012, at Twin City Health Care, Gas City, Indiana.
Caroline was born October 27, 1930, in Peru, Indiana, the daughter of the late Otho and Blanche (Tibbetts) Webb. She married John S. McManis on October 20, 1968, and he survives.
Caroline was a volunteer for the Marion High School band and also at Marion General Hospital. She was a 4H leader, enjoyed sewing and loved to bowl.
Survivors include: husband, John S. McManis of Marion, Indiana; three sons, John David (Brenda) McManis of Gas City, Indiana, Dennis (Beverly) Cattin of Peru, Indiana, and Glenn Cattin of Indiana; three daughters, Gayle (Tim) Paulson of Melbourne, Florida, Pam Harper of Winamac, Indiana, and Connie (Larry) Denten of Marion, Indiana; sister, Jeanette Long of Hollywood, Florida; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two daughters, Cindy and Connie Cattin.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 13, 2012, at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, with Reverend Mark Atkinson officiating.
Burial will be in Gardens of Memory, Huntington County, Indiana.
Friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 12, 2012, at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 Kem Road, Marion, Indiana.
