Darlene Hodge, age 50, of Marion, passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2012, in her home.
Darlene was born on December 3, 1961, in Marion, Indiana, the daughter of the late Edgar Darnell and Opal (Dillon) Darnell, who survives.
Darlene worked at Wiley Metal Fabrication for 15 years. She enjoyed spending time with family and raising her children.
Survivors include: mother, Opal Darnell of Marion, Indiana; two sons, Tony Deck, Calvin M.E. Deck, both of Marion, Indiana; two daughters, Dilena Deck, Jamie Hodge (fiancé, T.J. Bowdell), both of Marion, Indiana; ex-husbands, Calvin Deck and James Hodge, both of Marion, Indiana; brother, Roger (Roxanna) Darnell of Huntington, Indiana; sister, Patricia Pickup of Marion, Indiana; 5 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by a sister, Diane Hintz.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 9, 2012, at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 Kem Road, Marion, Indiana with Pastor David Morris officiating.
Burial will follow funeral services in Estates of Serenity Cemetery, Marion, Indiana.
Friends may call from noon until services at the funeral home prior to the service on Monday.
