Dolores Ann (Jonas) Keenan

Dolores Ann (Jonas) Keenan, age 80, passed away Monday, February 2, 2015, at Zionsville Meadows, Zionsville, Indiana.

Dolores was born on October 11, 1934, in Schuyler, Nebraska, the daughter of the late Adolph and Mayme (Krcma) Jonas. She married Timothy Keenan on June 2, 1956, and he survives.

She was an insurance underwriter for Auto Owners Insurance. Dolores was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church and the Red Hat Society. She was also an avid football fan, especially the Huskers. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include: husband, Timothy Keenan of Sweetser, Indiana; two sons, Shaun (Teal) Keenan of Marion, Indiana, and Patrick (Julie) Keenan of Gas City, Indiana; two daughters, Jennifer (Mike) Giles of Zionsville, Indiana, and Michelle Keenan-Slick of Austin, Texas; brother, Jack (Gloria) Jonas of Minnesota; two sisters, Carrie Jonas of Nebraska, and Fran Mitchell of Iowa; and three grandchildren, Chloe, Ben and Jeff.

She was also preceded in death by a brother, Jim Jonas.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, February 5, 2015, at St. Paul Catholic Church, 1009 Kem Road, Marion, Indiana, with Father Richard Weisenberger officiating.

Burial will follow funeral services in Gardens of Memory, Huntington County, Indiana.

Friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 4, at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 Kem Road, Marion, Indiana.
