Dorothy G. Jones, age 87, of Marion, passed away at 3:15 p.m. Thursday, December 30, 2010, in Marion General Hospital.
Dorothy was born on September 21, 1923, in Bloomington, Indiana, the daughter of the late William and Verna (Shoemaker) Davidson. She married Robert K. Jones on July 19, 1946, he survives.
Dorothy worked at RCA for 25 years until her retirement. She was a member of First Christian Church.
Survivors include: husband, Robert K. Jones of Marion, Indiana; and daughter, Darlene Jones of Indianapolis, Indiana.
She was also preceded in death by twin daughters, Linda and Sandra; and two brothers, William and Philip Davidson.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 4, at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, with Reverend Rodger Moore officiating.
Burial will be in Gardens of Memory, Huntington County, Indiana.
Friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday, January 3, at Raven-Choate Funeral Home,1202 Kem Road, Marion, Indiana.
