Elizabeth L. Beaman, age 94, passed away at 1:45 a.m. Tuesday, January 17, 2012, at Miller's Merry Manor, Marion, Indiana.
Elizabeth was born on October 20, 1917, in Indianapolis, Indiana, the daughter of the late Augustus and Ossie (Rigor) Pressel. She married Julius Beaman, who preceded her in death in 1992. She resided at Lake Tippecanoe for many years. Elizabeth was a homemaker and a member of St. Paul Catholic Church.
Survivors include: two sons, Jim Beaman (Pat) of Marion, Indiana, and Dan Beaman (Connie) of Hamilton, Indiana; daughter, Madeline Vanderbur of Colorado; 6 grandchildren, Mike Beaman, Jeff Beaman (Kim), Mary (Steve) Haberman, Cindy (Matt) Dyar, Amy (Shane) Harris and Eric Vanderbur; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Private Family Graveside Services & Burial will be held at Leesburg Cemetery, Leesburg, Indiana.
