Frances D. (Humes) Wheadon

Frances D. Wheadon, age 56, passed away Tuesday May 7, 2024, at Marion Health, Marion. She was born September 10, 1967, In Marion to Fred and Debbie Ritter and Lorraine Humes. She married the love of her life, Gary Wheadon, on May 27, 1994, and they were set to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary this year. He survives in Marion.

Fran worked at Huhtamaki in the warehouse. When her children were young, she enjoyed camping with them at Marbrook Campground. Fran loved rock n roll and Harley Davidson motorcycles and enjoyed riding with Gary.  She was a member of AmVets Post 5 Auxiliary, Marion, the American Legion Post 95 Auxiliary, Jonesboro and Legion Riders Post 313, Fairmount.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by four daughters: Heather (Michael) Davidson, Megan (Dan) Tinsley, Tabatha Tudor, and Tiffany Morris, one son: Cory Wheadon, three sisters: Melissa Miller, Peggy (Brett) Eshelman, and Irene Pence, one special Aunt: Tammy Wilson, and fifteen grandchildren.

Visitation for family and friends will be Saturday May 11, 2024, from Noon to 2:00 PM at Raven Choate Robinson Funeral Home, 1202 W Kem Rd., Marion.
