Frederick Leo Clouser

Frederick Leo Clouser age 94, passed away Wednesday August 24, 2011 at Marion General Hospital with his family at his side.

Frederick was born August 21, 1917 in Alexandria, Indiana, the son of the late Leo and Lema (Summers) Clouser.

Frederick worked for many years with Dana Corp where he worked in manufacturing and as a security guard after retirement. Frederick was also a farmer and worked with Armstrong Farm Equipment.

Frederick married Lucille Huston who passed away in 1960. He is survived by his wife Katherine (Edington) Clouser who he married on October 13, 1963. Also surviving are seven children: Fred Lorn (Linda) Clouser, Dave (Bev) Clouser, Alan (Susan) Clouser, Trina Elzroth, Beverly (Ralph) Pritchett, Sue (Jerry) Scott, and Donna (Denny) Jones. Two Brothers: Charlie (Laura) Clouser and Lamoine (Sue) Clouser. Four Sisters: Betty Johner, Jane Watson, Marlene Shaddy, and Ellen (Bill) Wylie. Daughter-in-law: Claudia Clouser. 17 Grandchildren: Cathy (Phil) Weaver, Curt (Michelle) Clouser, Christy (Andy) Lowden, Rance (Kerstin) Clouser, Matt (Michelle) Clouser, Andi (Bill) Roche, Pam (Shane) McCann, Becky Clouser, Tim Elzroth, Tony (Katy) Clouser, Nick Clouser, Gabe (Robin ) Clouser, Tim Pritchett, Donald (Dawn) Pritchett, Lisa Scott, Annie (Chad) Cunningham, Mike (Misty) Jones. Granddaughter-in-law: Diane Clouser, 36 Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive him.

In addition to his parents and 1st wife, Frederick is preceded in death by Two Sons: Brad Clouser and Bob Croom. Grandson: Greg Clouser. Great Grandson: Micah Pritchett. Son-in-law: Danny Elzroth, 5 Brothers and 1 Sister.

There will be no services as cremation will take place. Arrangements have been entrusted to Raven-Choate Funeral Home.
