Haldor R. "Mike" Wagner, age 75, of Marion, passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2013, in his home.
Mike was born May 15, 1938, in Russell, Kentucky, the son of the late Rev. Earl Stanley Wagner, Sr. and Winona (Bridgewater) Wagner who survives. He married Sara Worley, and she preceded him in death on July 24, 2011.
Mike was an Army veteran and worked at Dana Corporation until his retirement. He also delivered newspapers and pizzas.
Survivors include: mother, Winona Wagner of Malvern, Arkansas; son, Michael Wagner of Peru, Indiana; two daughters, Brenda Hunt of Noblesville, Indiana, and Michele Goodpaster of Marion, Indiana; brother, Robert (Rachael) Wagner of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; sister, Jean Gaspard of Crawley, Louisiana; sister, Louana Milnef of Benton, Arkansas; sister, Georgia Crumpler of Texarkana, Arkansas; uncle, Bobby Jo Wagner of Michigan; 4 grandchildren, Chris (Amber) Baker, David Baker, Sara (Drew) Mannix and Brett Goodpaster; and 6 great-grandchildren, Cierra Baker, Kaydence Mannix, Chloe Baker, Caelynn Baker, Makaylee Mannix, and Alexavier Goodpaster.
He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Earl Stanley Wagner, Jr., and Charles Edwin Wagner.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 17, 2013, at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 Kem Road, Marion, Indiana with Chaplain Ron Forsythe officiating.
Burial will be in Grant Memorial Park Cemetery, Marion, Indiana.
Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday in the funeral home prior to funeral services.
