Jane E. Roth, age 93, passed away Monday, November 26, 2012, at Marion General Hospital, Marion, Indiana.
Jane was born October 12, 1919, in Canton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Edwin and Helen (Whitman) Bitler. She married Ervin Roth on October 24, 1936, and he preceded her in death.
Jane was a surgery secretary at Marion General Hospital for 25 years until her retirement.
She liked to read, bake and crochet. She loved Christmas time and spending time with family during the holidays.
Survivors include: daughter, Judy Fitzgerald of Marion, Indiana; daughter, Doris (Tony) Rogers of Marion, Indiana; son, Dr. Charles (Toni Rimond) Roth of Montreal, Canada; grandchildren, Sandy Kimmel of Marion, Indiana, Shelly Rogers of Swayzee, Indiana, Tony (Rachel Whitley) Rogers of Indianapolis, Indiana, Joni (Davin) Mackesy of Derwood, Maryland, Mike (Joy) Fitzgerald of Westminster, Maryland, Scott (Sandi) Fitzgerald of Shelbyville, Indiana, Leslie (Jim) Dunn of Indianapolis, Indiana; and all of the special people who took care of her.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Charles Bitler; granddaughter, Linda Rogers, and her beloved dog, Ani.
Graveside Services & Burial will be in Estates of Serenity, Marion, Indiana on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with Father Richard Weisenberger officiating.
