Janice Dee Turner

Janice Dee Turner, age 81, of Marion passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at  Aperion Care in Marion.

Janice was born on May 3, 1938 in Marion, Indiana the daughter of the late John D. and Delores (Russell) Foust.  She married Ronald P. Turner on August 7, 1971, and he survives.

Janice was a graduate of Sweetser High School in 1956.  She was a school bus driver for 38 years for Marion Community School until her retirement.  She enjoyed camping, fishing and crafts.  Janice was also a great painter and awesome story teller.

Janice is survived by her husband, Ronald Turner of Marion; daughters, Melissa Stevens and Tina (Russ) Colyer, both of Jonesboro; son, Andrew Beyer of Marion; brother, Max (Bonnie) Foust of Sweetser; 7 grandchildren, Cassie Jackson, Monica Stevens, Janell McGibbon, Brandon McGibbon, Tracie Ledsome, Taylor Turner and John Paul Turner II; 12 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.

She was also preceded in death by a son, John Turner; a brother, Pat Foust and a grandson, Shane Jackson.

Cremation will take place and Memorial Services will take place at a later date.

Arrangements entrusted to Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 W. Kem Road, Marion, Indiana.
