Jerry Lee Behr, age 71, of Marion, passed away Saturday, March 10, 2012, in his home.
Jerry was born on December 22, 1940, in Fairmount, Indiana, the son of the late Wayne and Eva (Cruea) Behr.
Jerry was a veteran of the U.S. Marines Corp. and was a self-employed carpenter until his retirement.
Survivors include: two sons, Jerry (Brenda) Behr of Gas City, Indiana, Rick (Sharyl Habiby) Behr of Marion, Indiana; three daughters, Stephanie (Douglas) Fisher, Jennifer Harvey, both of Marion, Indiana, and Janelle of Indiana; brother, Terry (Tina) Behr of Marion, Indiana; grandchildren, Brandi, Jarryn, Jaddyn, Seth, Jessica & Jennifer; great-grandchildren, Conner, Nicholas, Kaeli & Gauge; special ex-daughter-in-law, Tammy Metz of Marion, Indiana; special nephew, Tyler; and several other nieces & nephews.
Graveside Services & Burial with military honors will be held at 9:00 a.m. Friday, March 16, 2012, at Marion National Cemetery, Marion, Indana. There will be no visitation.
