LINDA SUE KELLY, age 66, of Marion, died at 5:25 p.m. Tuesday, January 20, 2009, at Lutheran Hospital, Ft. Wayne, Indiana.
Linda was born on May 16, 1942, in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of the late Owen and Margaret (Matilda) Swisher. After the death of her parents, she was raised by her half-sister, Virginia Hall.
She married Ross Kelly on April 15, 1962. He survives. She was a high-lift driver at the General Motors plant in Marion for 30 years until her retirement on June 1, 2002.
Survivors include husband, Ross Kelly of Marion, Indiana; sons, Ross Kelly (Gayle) of Warsaw, Indiana and Brian Kelly (Shea) of Leesburg, Indiana; Grandchildren, Brandon, Shelby, Brooke, Jonathon, Raymond, Jennica & Aaron; Great-Grandchildren, Brayanna, Brandon & Barrette; and half-brother, Bob Lewis of Marion, Indiana.
She was also preceded in death by half-sisters, Virginia Hall and Maxine Hooper.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 24, 2009, at Raven-Choate Funeral Home with Chaplain Charlie Hall officiating.
Burial will be in Gardens of Memory, Huntington County, Indiana.
