LOUISE THOMAS, age 92, formerly of Fairmount, Indiana passed away Saturday, August 15, 2009 after a short illness in Valrico, Florida.
Mrs. Thomas was born in Grant County, Indiana. residing in the county until 1959, eventually reitiring to Florida. She was a member of Fairmount Friends Church and The Eastern Star of Fairmount. She also volunteered at the Avon Park, Florida Library for many years.
Survivors include: daughter, Judith Rumbaugh (Donald) of Valrico, Florida; son, Stephen Thomas (Sandra) of Howell, Michigan; 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 20, 2009, at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, with Pastor Jackie Michaelson officiating.
Burial will be in Grant Memorial Park, Marion, Indiana.
Friends may call from 9:00 a.m. until services Thursday, August 20 at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 Kem Road, Marion, Indiana.
