Martha "Marty" L. Pritchett, age 86, passed away Friday, May 11, 2012, in her home, Marion, Indiana.
Marty was born on May 17, 1925, in Marion, Indiana, the daughter of the late Omer and Cathryn (McPhilliamy) Beals, and they preceded her in death. She was married to Charles L. Pritchett for 49 years before he preceded her in death. She was an envelope operator at SCM until her retirement in 1990.
Marty loved to sew, work in the yard and take care of her home. She loved life and spending time with her daughter.
Survivors include: daughter, Deborah "Deb" Pritchett of Marion, Indiana; special niece & nephew, Sandy & Paul Park of Marion, Indiana; special friends, Grace Haines, Peggy Dakin, Cindy Scott, and Cindy McCoy, all of Marion, Indiana; and her special cat, Kirby.
She was also preceded in death by brothers, Nathan Beals, and Omer Beals, Jr.
There will be a celebration of Martha's life at the convenience of the family.
