Mary Katherine Abraham, age 100, passed away Sunday, December 28, 2014, at Upland Nursing Center, Upland, Indiana.
Mary was born July 19, 1914, in Grant County, Indiana, the daughter of the late William and Maude (Osborne) Curry. She graduated from Fairmount High School in 1932. Mary married Frederick Abraham on October 11, 1941, and he preceded her in death December 23, 1998. She was a homemaker and attended First United Methodist Church in Marion. She was a member of the Hostess House, the Tuesday Bridge Club, Marion Women's Department Club, and Speeders.
Survivors include: son, Frederick (Nancy) Abraham of Marion, Indiana; granddaughter, Kelli (Aaron) Pickering of Sweetser, Indiana; great-grandson, Noah Pickering; and niece, Mrs. Richard Boergert.
She was also preceded in death by a brother and sister.
Funeral Services will be held at Noon Wednesday, December 31, 2014, at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, with Pastor David Chinn officiating.
Burial will be in Park Cemetery, Fairmount, Indiana following funeral services.
