Mary J. Gause, age 75, passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2012, at Lutheran Hospital, Ft. Wayne, Indiana.
Mary was born October 20, 1937, in Harlan County, Kentucky. She was raised by her grandparents James & Etta Jenkins in Kentucky. She was a graduate of Lowell High School and after graduation, she moved to Marion. She married Phillip E. Gause, and he preceded her in death.
Mary was a homemaker and enjoyed crocheting. She was also an avid reader and loved to read her Bible. Mary received her Christmas wish and is now with the love of her life, her husband Phil.
Survivors include: three sons, P.J. Gause of South Carolina, Steven (Robin) Gause of Jonesboro, and Ken Gause of Marion; daughter, Deniese (Charles) Brewer of Marion; 10 grandchildren & 6 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Cybil Gause.
Funeral Services will be held at Noon Saturday, December 22, 2012, at Raven-Choate Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Miller officiating.
Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory, Huntington County, Indiana.
Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. to Noon, Saturday, December 22, 2012, at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 Kem Road, Marion, Indiana.
