Naomi "Gayle" Byall

Naomi "Gayle" (Wiseman) Byall, age 86, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2011, at the Twin City Health Care Center, Gas City, Indiana.
Gayle was born on December 15, 1924, in Eckerty, Indiana, the daughter of the late Marshall and Nora (Real) Wiseman.
Gayle graduated high school in 1942 in English, Indiana. She then earned her nursing degree at the Louisville General Hospital in June of 1945. She was a Registered Nurse at the Marion VA Hospital from February 1946 until her retirement on December 15, 1979. Gayle attended the First Church of the Nazarene in Marion for many years and was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church where she enjoyed singing in the choir. She was a member of the Adopted Alumnus of the University of Louisville, and the N.A.R.F.E. (National Association of Federal Employees).
Survivors include: step-son, Ronald (Linda) Byall of Chicago, Illinois; two sisters, Patricia Brimm of South Bend, Indiana, and N. Jean Hurst of Marion, Indiana; 2 step-granddaughters; and one niece and 3 nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 13, 2011, at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 Kem Road, Marion, Indiana with the Pastor Tim McClellan officiating. Friends may call from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. prior to funeral services on Sunday.
Entombment will be in Gardens of Memory, Huntington County, Indiana.
