Norma J. Donaldson

Norma J. Donaldson, age 85, of Marion, passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at Rolling Meadows Healthcare in LaFontaine, Indiana.

Norma was born September 24, 1931 in Middletown, Kentucky the daughter of the late Raymond and Rose (Shanks) Osborne.  She married Elwood R. “Woody” Donaldson on June 4, 1949, and he preceded her in death on March 21, 2015.  She owned and operated New J Photo for 15 years.

Norma is survived by a son, Daniel Donaldson; two daughters, Suzett Herbort (Roger) of Converse and Debbie Burns of Cincinnati, Ohio; grandchildren, Chad (Denise) Miller, Heather (Parrish) Peachee, Lindsay Osborn, Jenny (Bobby) Hart, Devan (Rob) Lime, Kathy (Donaldson) Culver, Krystal (Donaldson) Riggs and Kevin (Christian) Donaldson; and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by a brother, Stanley Osborne and sister, Lucille Barrett.

Friends and family may call from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 26, 2017 in Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 Kem Road, Marion, Indiana.  Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Darrell Smith officiating.

Burial will follow funeral services in Gardens of Memory, Huntington County, Indiana.
