Patricia N. Bollhoefer

Patricia N. Bollhoefer, age 88, of Marion passed away Friday, April 13, 2018 at Wesleyan Health Care Center, Marion, Indiana.

Patricia was born February 2, 1930 in Blackford County, Indiana the daughter of the late Claude and Glenna (Wile) Bantz.  She was a 1948 graduate of Salamonie Township Commissioned High School.

She married Robert M. Bollhoefer on November 18, 1949 and he preceded her in death on September 9, 1998.  She worked at Resnecks, Haags and Indiana Bell Telephone Company before her retirement.

Patricia was a former member of the Eastern Star and Hillside Wesleyan Church.  While at Hillside, Pat led the largest children’s bus ministry in the church’s history.  Pat’s unique ministry was witnessing to people through flower arrangements, scripture cards and books.  She was a passionate angel collector and enjoyed attending auctions, always looking for a bargain.

She is survived by a son, Richard Bollhoefer (Mae) of Marion, Indiana; two daughters, Sherrie Vincent (Ron) of Indianapolis, Indiana and Rebecca Hauenstein (Mark) of Markle, Indiana; 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by a sister, Madonna Beck.

Graveside Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, April 16, 2018 in the Chapel at Grant Memorial Park Cemetery, Marion, Indiana.
