Paul Anson Crum, age 73, of Marion, passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2015, at Marion General Hospital, Marion, Indiana.
Paul was born June 19, 1941, in Bluffton, Indiana, the son of the late Merl and Esther (McFarren) Crum. He married Emma Rayl on April 7, 1961, and she survives.
He was an electrical engineer and supervisor at RCA until his retirement and also owned El Filters Inc. in Illinois. He was a member of Brinker Heights Wesleyan Church and was a 32nd Degree Mason. He loved spending time with his grandkids and enjoyed golfing and bowling.
Survivors include; wife, Emma (Rayl) Crum of Marion, Indiana; three daughters, Mychele (Patrick) Monks of Fairmount, Indiana; Tamytha Cooper of Marion, Indiana, and Stephanie (Robbie) Whelchel of Converse, Indiana; sister, Sue (Bob) Cannon of Marion, Indiana; grandchildren, Greg Weesner, Drew Weesner, Sara Monks, Kiel Monks, Justin Whelchel, Jason Cooper, Sean Cooper, and James Cooper.
He was also preceded in death by a son, Gregory Crum.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 9, 2015, at Brinker Heights Wesleyan Church, 1223 E. Bradford Street, Marion, Indiana, with Reverend Brian Morton officiating.
Burial will follow funeral services in Grant Memorial Park Cemetery, Marion, Indiana.
Friends may call from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, February 8, 2015, at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 Kem Road, Marion, Indiana.
