Paul F. Miller, age 83, passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2013, at Heritage Pointe, Warren, Indiana.
Paul was born March 3, 1930, in Terre Haute, Indiana, the son of the late Thomas W. and Mable (Uffert) Miller. He married Susan Stanley on May 27, 1967, and she survives.
He was an Army Veteran and owned and operated Miller's Sewer and Drain Cleaning for 31 years until his retirement. His greatest joy in life was his grandchildren and nephews. Paul was a lifetime member of the Amvets, the V.F.W., and the American Legion.
Survivors include: wife, Susan Miller of Marion, Indiana; three sons, Paul F. Miller, Jr. of Atlanta, Georgia, Troy (Michele) Stanley of Gas City, and Tony (Kathleen) Stanley of Marion; three daughters, Ann Wood of Peru, Beth (Chris) Adams of Peru, and Lisa Melton of Silver Lake; three sisters, Pat Carl of Marion, Mary Alice King of Marion and Helen Courter of Converse; 12 grandchildren; his mother-in-law, Margaret Frantz of Warren; and several nieces & nephews.
He was also preceded in death by a brother, Clyde Miller.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 26, 2013, at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, with Reverend Tom Mansbarger officiating.
Burial with Military Honors will be in Grant Memorial Park Cemetery, Marion, Indiana following funeral services.
Friends may call from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, August 25, 2013 at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 Kem Road, Marion, Indiana.
