Richard "Alan" Woolsey

RICHARD "ALAN" WOOLSEY, age 45, of Marion, died at 3:20 p.m. Wednesday, April 15, 2009, at St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis, after an extended illness.
He was born on November 14, 1963, in Marion, Indiana, the son of Richard C. Woolsey and Margaret (Snapp) Woolsey. He married Leah Rice in September 1998. She survives.
He was an avid CUBS fan and loved music and collecting trains. He was a devout Christian and loved Jesus.
Survivors include wife, Leah Woolsey of Marion, Indiana; father, Richard C. Woolsey of Marion, Indiana; mother, Margaret Woolsey of Marion, Indiana; two daughters, Elizabeth Woolsey of Fishers, Indiana, and Tracy Woolsey of Marion, Indiana; Brother, Bill Woolsey (Tracie) of Fishers, Indiana; and grandmother, Shirley Snapp of Marion, Indiana.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, 2009, at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, with Reverend Richard Martin officiating.
Burial will be in Van Buren Cemetery, Van Buren, Indiana.
Friends may call from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday, April 20 at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 Kem Road, Marion, Indiana and one hour prior to services on Tuesday, April 21.
