ROBERT G. "BOBBY" VALENZUELA, age 41, of Marion, died Tuesday, December 23, 2008, in Marion General Hospital, Marion.
He was born on November 8, 1967, in Marion, Indiana, the son of Roberto Valenzuela and the late Ruththelma (Waller) Valenzuela. He married Tammy Allen on January 27, 1990. She survives.
He was a 1986 graduate of Marion High School where he played football with the Marion Giants. He was a fork lift driver at the Red Gold Distribution Center in Alexandria for the past 7 years. He was an avid football fan, but especially loved the Indianapolis Colts. He loved to collect Hot Wheels and movies but most importantly dearly loved his family.
Survivors include: wife, Tammy Valenzuela of Marion, Indiana; children, Robby, Tasha & Tonia Valenzuela at home; father & step-mother, Roberto Valenzuela (Karen) of Marion, Indiana; father-in-Law, Larry Allen (Mavis) of Marion, Indiana; brothers-in-law, Billy Allen (Julie) of Warren, Indiana & Jamey Allen (Holly) of Bluffton, Indiana; step-sister, Kim Burtrum of Marion, Indiana and step-brother, Brad Thomasson of Marion, Indiana.
In addition to his mother, he was also preceded in death by brother, Rusty Musgrove, sisters, Lorra Mae Musgrove and Louanne Valenzuela and mother-in-law, Judith Allen.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 26, 2008, at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, with Reverend Charles Dedrick officiating.
Burial will be in Estates of Serenity, Marion, Indiana.
