Sally L. Warpool, age 69, of Marion, passed away on Monday, September 25, 2017 in Wesleyan Health Care Center, Marion, Indiana.

Sally was born on November 12, 1947 in Marion, Indiana to the late Harold and Dorothy (Davis) Jefferies.  She was a secretary at RCA (Thompson Consumer Electronics) in the CIP and Yams departments until the factory’s closing.

She married Paul Warpool on October 6, 2003, and he survives.  She was a member of the Amvets Post #5 Auxiliary in Marion.  Sally loved sewing and doing crafts.  She enjoyed playing shuffleboard, cooking and having Sunday dinners with her family.  The most important thing to Sally was her family and her grandchildren.  She also enjoyed reading several different authors, but really didn’t have a favorite.  She liked going to the casino and playing the slots.  She was a NASCAR fan especially driver Dale Earnhart, Jr.  and watching WWE, especially her favorite wrestler, Dean Ambrose.  She was also a fan of Duke College basketball and the Chicago Cubs.

She is survived by her husband, Paul Warpool of Marion; sons, Brad (Carol)  Hale of Morgan, Utah, Chris (Patty) Hale of Van Buren, Steve (Anna) Warpool of Marion and Glenn Warpool of Elwood; daughters, Melissa (James) Gibson of Gas City, Vonda (Bill) Coots of Elwood, Lisa (Shane) Anderson of Manchester, Tennessee, Paula Ginsbach of Muncie and Judy (Shawn) Fox of Elwood; 17 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by a brother, Terry Lee Jefferies.

Funeral Services will be held at 6:00 p.m. Friday, September 29, 2017 at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 Kem Road, Marion, Indiana with Pastor Mark Hummel officiating.

Friends and family may call from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Friday in the funeral home prior to the funeral service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Services of Grant County, 305 S. Norton Avenue, Tower Suites, Marion, Indiana 46952.
