Teri Leigh Timmons, age 36 of Marion, passed away Sunday, September 22, 2013 in Marion.
Teri was born April 20, 1977 in Marion, Indiana the daughter of Terry Timmons and Janet (Stratton) Jones.
She enjoyed writing in her journal and writing poetry. Teri's kids and granddaughter were her life.
She is survived by: father, Terry Timmons; mother, Janet Jones; three daughters, Shandessa Simmons (Thomas Reason), Shelby Stambaugh and Shayleigh Stambaugh; brother, Darren (Laura Willits) Timmons; grandchild, Na-Kyla Simmons; several aunts, uncles,cousins, nieces and one nephew.
She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Sidney and Deloris Stratton, and paternal grandparents, James and Rosaline Timmons.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, September 26, 2013, at The River, 759 Lenfesty Avenue, Marion, Indiana. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, September 30, 2013 at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 Kem Road, Marion, Indiana with Pastor Matt Trexler officiating. Friends may call from Noon until services in the funeral home on Monday. Burial will follow in Estates of Serenity, Marion, Indiana.
Memorial contributions may be made to Raven-Choate Funeral Home to assist the family in funeral expenses.
