Thomas Brown "Tom" Troxell Iii

July 28, 1957 — February 25, 2014

Thomas "Tom" Brown Troxell III, age 56, of Union City, went to be with his Heavenly Father Tuesday, February 25, 2014, at Reid Hospital and Healthcare Services, Richmond, Indiana.

Tom was born July 28, 1957, in Trotwood, Ohio, the son of the late Thomas Brown Troxell II and Mary (Smock) Troxell, who survives. He married Brenda Good on May 12, 1979, and she survives.

Tom was a member of EUM Church in Greenville, Ohio, Stephen Minister, Ahead of Light Team, and was very involved in the Men's Ministry. He enjoyed reading and music, and loved being outdoors enjoying nature.

Survivors include: wife, Brenda Troxell of Union City, Indiana; mother, Mary Troxell of Union City, Indiana; three sons, Trent (Salina Hoque) Troxell of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Tyler (Kayla Battishill) Troxell of Marion, Indiana, and Trey (Amy) Troxell of Ridgeville, Indiana; brother, Tim (Melanie) Troxell of Selma, Indiana; sister, Kathy Brophy of Union City, Indiana; twin grandchildren on the way, Treb & Townsen; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 4, 2014, at the EUM Church, 1451 Sater Street, Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Sylvia McKibben and Pastor Matt Haupt officiating.

Burial will follow funeral services in Union City Cemetery, Union City, Indiana.

Friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday, March 3, 2014 in the church.

Arrangements entrusted to Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 Kem Road, Marion, Indiana.

Memorial contributions may be made to EUM Church, 1451 Sater Street, Greenville, Ohio 45331, with donations designated to the Men's Ministry or Worship/Technology.
