Tolice O. Tucker

Tolice O. Tucker, age 87 of Ft. Wayne, passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2019 in her home.

Tolice was born July 21, 1932 in Arkansas the daughter of the late Davis and Hattie (Parker) Stewart.  She married Purvie “Jack” Tucker on March 20, 1948, and he preceded her in death on February 23, 1997.

Tolice had worked as a sales associate at Marsh Supermarket, Hanks Supermarket and Walmart, and was a member of the Church of Christ.  Tolice was a fun-loving, witty, God honoring Christian woman who loved life and her family and friends.

She is survived by two daughters, Debbie (Charles) Vermilion of Ft. Wayne, and Donetta (Keith) Parker of Ft. Wayne; 5 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia “Dianne” Moss.

Friends and family may call from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 W. Kem Road, Marion, Indiana.  Funeral Services will begin at 1:00 p.m.

Burial will take place immediately following funeral services in Grant Memorial Park Cemetery, Marion, Indiana.
