Wilma J Rennaker

Wilma Jean Rennaker, age 89 passed away Friday, August 31, 2012, at her home in Suite Living.
Wilma was born on August 1, 1923 in Sweetser, Indiana, the daughter of the late Charley and Genevieve (Newhouse) Draper. She married Garl E. Rennaker on October 31. 1953 and he preceded her in death on February 11, 1999.
Wilma graduated from Fairmount High School in 1941 and then Wayne Beauty School in Fort Wayne in 1946. She worked at Mary's Beauty Shop and Ethel's Beauty Shop. She has been a member of Beta Sigma Phi Chapter since 1958, and was a member of the Marion General Hospital Auxiliary. Wilma enjoyed basketball, music, and spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Survivors include: two sons, David (Melanie) Rennaker and Darl (Robin) Rennaker both of Marion, Indiana; 4 grandchildren: Kyle, Kirk (Jillian), Holly, and Megan Rennaker.
She was also preceded in death by her brother, Lawrence Draper, and two sisters; Harriett Draper and Mary Meador.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 5, 2012, at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 Kem Road, Marion, Indiana with Reverend Bill Sparks officiating.
Burial will be in Grant Memorial Park Cemetery, Marion, Indiana.
Friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 4, 2012, in the funeral home.
