Scott is a 2001 graduate of Mid-America College of Funeral Service. He has been serving the families of Grant, Huntington and Wabash Counties for the last 16 years. He is a licensed Funeral Director and began working at Raven-Choate Funeral Home in January 2017.
Scott and Shelly were married in 1996, and they have three children: Kimberly (David) Branning, Ft. Wayne, Dakota Robinson, Phoenix, Arizona and Brandon (Adrienne) South Whitley, Indiana. They also have six grandchildren, Tasha, Bentley, Everett, Brooklyn, Killian and Brady.
Scott is a veteran of the Indiana Army National Guard and served two tours in Iraq. He is a member of The American Legion Post 10, Marion, a life member of the AmVets Post 5 Marion, Marion Elks Lodge No. 195 and Moose Lodge 1778, Gas City. Shelly is a member of the Women's Auxiliary of AmVets Post 5 Marion, American Legion Post 10 Auxiliary and Moose Lodge 1778, Gas City.
They enjoy spending time with their family, riding their Harley, fishing and canoeing. Scott and Shelly reside in Fairmount, Indiana. They are avid fans of the St. Louis Cardinals.
On January 13, 2023, Scott and Shelly purchased Raven-Choate Funeral Home from former owner Charles Choate. The funeral home name has now changed to Raven Choate Robinson Funeral Home. The service to you and your family will remain unchanged and held to the high standards that you have become accustomed to.

Jeff was born in Logan, Utah the oldest son of James R. and Faye Allen. Has worked in the funeral service profession for over 40 years. Recently retired CEO and owner of Sample Funeral Home.
Drew was born and raised in Logan, Utah, the second oldest son of Jason and Lisa Allen. He is third generation in the Sample Funeral Home business and first got involved in the family business as a kid.
